Please fill out our referral form if you’re ready to start working with a therapist. Once it’s filled out, we’ll reach out to try and connect you with a therapist.
Please note that we are not an acute mental health service. In case of an emergency, please contact your nearest Mental Health Emergency Team or dial 111.

We understand that waiting can be challenging. We would like to advise you that our Sensitive Claims Services often have a long wait list, which can currently exceed 2 months.
We review and triage referrals once a week. If we need further information, we will reach out to you. If we are unable to place you, we will inform you. If we can place you, we will get back to you.
