How Can Hiwa Help Me?
Working with a therapist can help you understand what has happened and its impact on your life.
Once your claim is approved, your therapist will work with you to create a well-being plan. This plan might include various supports that you feel would benefit you, such as dieticians, social work, nursing, speech-language therapy, physiotherapy, psychology, psychiatry, or other therapies like trauma-sensitive yoga, equine therapy, breathwork, or EMDR. You may or may not want these additional services as part of your plan, and that’s completely fine, too.
