Introduction

Kia ora!

I’m Holly, a dedicated therapeutic social worker and drug & alcohol clinician. I specialise in supporting individuals of all ages living with neurodiversity, chronic illnesses, and mental health challenges. As someone who identifies as neurodivergent, I offer a unique perspective that combines personal lived experience with professional expertise, allowing me to connect deeply with my clients.

I am a neuro-affirming advocate, passionate about nature, play, creative, and strengths-based approaches. My goal is to empower others to embrace their true potential. Many clients have expressed that they feel comfortable unmasking and being their authentic selves in my presence. Whether you need a space to laugh, cry, vent, or simply breathe, I provide a judgment-free environment filled with therapeutic support.

My wellness hub, based in Dunedin, is designed to be a safe and relaxing sanctuary, featuring outdoor spaces and creative outlets for exploration. I believe that through connection and understanding, we can make a meaningful difference in your journey forward.
