Introduction
I am a Registered Social Worker with nearly 20 years of experience in neurorehabilitation, working alongside individuals and families in the community. My practice is guided by the values of respect, empowerment, and collaboration, supporting people to rebuild their lives after injury and trauma.
I take a strengths-based and systems approach, recognising that wellbeing is influenced not only by individual capacities but also by family, whānau, and wider community networks. By working across these systems, I support people to harness their strengths, strengthen connections, and reduce barriers to participation.
With a background in community-based rehabilitation, I am committed to advocating for equitable access to services and creating pathways that enable people to participate fully in their chosen roles and environments. Passionate about working in partnership, I bring both professional expertise and genuine care to help clients and their whānau navigate challenges, embrace opportunities, and achieve meaningful outcomes.
