Introduction

My first priority in counselling is building connections, the most important cornerstone of effective therapeutic work to establish trust and foster meaningful relationships.  My therapeutic approach is “Holistic” to understand the person’s journey so they can process past experiences in a safe and non-judgemental environment.  Together we will create a personalised plan that will empower, build resilience and hope for the future.

I am based in Balclutha.
