Introduction
With over ten years of experience as a counsellor, I honour each individual's unique path toward reaching their full potential and finding balance, meaning, and wellbeing in life. I offer a warm, welcoming, and non-judgemental space to support you on your healing journey.
I have specialist training in trauma and use an evidence-based approach to treat PTSD and related conditions. I draw on a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to each person's needs, including Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR)—an innovative and gentle method that blends brain-based and somatic techniques. DBR is specifically designed to alleviate both past and present trauma symptoms. Because this method bypasses the need to talk directly about past trauma, it offers a non-intrusive, compassionate alternative—particularly beneficial for those living with complex PTSD.
By cultivating a therapeutic relationship built on trust and respect, I work collaboratively with you to explore your concerns in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you're addressing specific challenges or seeking to enhance your overall quality of life, I’m here to support you on your journey toward emotional wellbeing.
