Introduction
Over the last thirty-plus years of therapeutic practice, I have relished working with people on their healing journey. I am forever struck by the strength and capacity within us to survive, and I feel privileged to listen to the lives of others.
I recognise that we all take different steps along the way and that fear, guilt, shame, and self-blame (to name a few) can stop us from living authentically.
I am here to listen without judgment, and can offer a safe space, a kind heart, an open mind, a vast and varied background, and a set of skills I have developed on my journey in life. I provide a range of therapeutic modalities to suit your needs. I undertake regular supervision, engage in ongoing professional development, and strictly adhere to the NZASW Code of Ethics.
I am happy to meet in person or over Telehealth to see if we are the right fit.
