Rohit Grover

I’m an Existential therapist. I have strong interests in Philosophy and Spirituality. I have lived and volunteered in many parts of the world. I have been in Aotearoa for about thirteen years.

I like helping people connect to themselves as they navigate challenging life situations. I work with the understanding that there is a world between hope and despair, where we respond to existence with awareness. I seek such awareness in my life, and I feel rewarded when I can support others in tracing their authenticity. I draw inspiration from Eastern Philosophy, mindfulness, and interconnectedness.

I have completed a five-year psychotherapy training program at GLE International. To support my work, I receive regular supervision from multiple experienced therapists. I have also trained in Acceptance Commitment Therapy.
