Introduction

Kia ora, I am Sarah Davis, a counsellor based in Waihi and providing to the wider Hauraki/Waikato area and online. I support kiritaki who are navigating trauma, sexual harm, emotional distress, relationship difficulties, neurodivergence, and experiences that have affected their sense of safety and wellbeing.

My approach is trauma-informed, client-centred, neuroaffirming, and relational. I work with adults, rangatahi, couples, and whānau, and also offer Equine Assisted Therapy to support nervous system regulation, trust, connection, and body-based healing.

I aim to provide a safe, respectful, and compassionate space where kiritaki feel heard and supported at their own pace. My work is grounded in collaboration, choice, and the belief that healing happens through safe relationships and reconnection with self and others.
