Introduction
Tēnā koe,
I’m Tayla, a registered Arts Therapist (AThR) and Counsellor, working in rural Otago for a local organisation and in private practice based in Dunedin.
I work in a trauma-informed and person-centred way. I blend arts therapy and talk therapies, allowing me to be flexible and adapt to working in ways that suit the person I am working with. I believe in working collaboratively, drawing on strengths and resources to support growth and meaningful change.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, crafting, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and op shopping with my friends.
