Founder of H&P wellness centre, qualified counsellor/ clinical supervisor. 25 plus years of experience in AOD, trauma, grief, reinterpretation into society.

i Am a tree hugger at heart and live getting hands in the dirt. I feel grounded and cleansed when my feet are in the water.

my journey into helping others did not happen by accident, it comes with a deep desire to give back, to walk alongside those seeking healing, and to create space for growth and connection.
